1. Scope to work:

   The company shall provide construction services but not limited to porch, tuckpointing , repairs,stairs and etc... must be detailed in agreed proposal or contract or contract which should be signed by customer before the work startes.

2. Agreements of terms:

   By signing the service proposal, contract or estimate provided by company. Customer agrees to terms and conditions in full.

3. Pricing and payments:

   "Adjustable accordingly " . For intial full payment , Once the work is done and changes could be wordly if trusted and agreed by both company and customer.

4. Schedule and delays:

   The company will endevour to ahere to project timeliness specified . However, timeliness maybe affected by factors beyond our control such as deverse weather, material delay or unforeseen site condition. The company will promptly inform the cilent of any expected delay and revise timeliness accordingly.

5. Changes to scope work:

   Any modification or additional work required the initial agreement must be requested after the intial agreement must be requested by cilent in writing and agreed upon by company.
   Additional charges and adjustment can be made by timely and will be apply to any approved changes.

6. cilent responsibilities:

   The cilent shall ensure clear and unobstructed access to project site and shall obtain necessary permits or permission unless otherwise stated.
   The cilent is responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from the work are prior to commencement.

7. warranty and quality assurance.:

   The company quarantees workmanship for a period of 15 days from the date of project completion.
   Warranty excludes damages or issues resulting from neglect, misuse, alteration by third parties, serve weather condition or natural diasaster.

8. Liability:

   The company maintains adequate liability insured.
   The company's liability shall be company's negligence shall not exceed and paid by cilent for specific services provided.
   The company is not responsible for incidents or consecutive damages.

9. Termination:

   Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

10. Governing Law:

    This Term and Condition, along with the signed proposal or contract constitute the entire agreement agreement contract between the client and company. Any disputes must be in writing and typically by both parties.

11. Acceptance:

    The client's signature on the quotation or contract confirms acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.
